The project activities will be monitored through a comprehensive Project Management plan, which includes various activities such as monitoring, coordination, communication, evaluation, quality assurance, and risk management.
To ensure effective communication between partners and additionally to the Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs), virtual meetings will be held once a month, and partners will be able to convene extraordinary online meetings if necessary. Clear communication will ensure transparency, understanding, and successful coordination.
