Im Kern geht es bei PIPE um die \u00dcberwindung kultureller Unterschiede und die F\u00f6rderung des interkulturellen Verst\u00e4ndnisses durch die F\u00f6rderung von Vielfalt und Integration. Durch einen umfassenden Ansatz nutzt PIPE ein Mentorenprogramm, eine Reihe von Toolbox-Ressourcen und Module, die sich auf wichtige Soft Skills konzentrieren. Insbesondere f\u00fchrt das Projekt innovative Tools ein, die auf die Nutzung von Smartphones zugeschnitten sind, um die Zug\u00e4nglichkeit und Bequemlichkeit f\u00fcr die Migrantenbev\u00f6lkerung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus zielt es darauf ab, \u00f6ffentliche Einrichtungen, NRO, Freiwillige, lokale Gemeinschaften und die breitere Gesellschaft einzubeziehen, um das Bewusstsein zu sch\u00e4rfen und das gegenseitige interkulturelle Verst\u00e4ndnis zu f\u00f6rdern. P\u00e4dagogen und Bildungseinrichtungen, die sich um Migranten k\u00fcmmern, sind ebenfalls wesentliche Nutznie\u00dfer, da das Projekt darauf abzielt, ihre Kapazit\u00e4ten zur Unterst\u00fctzung des Lehrens und Lernens f\u00fcr Migranten zu verbessern und gleichzeitig Schulungen zur Vielfalt anzubieten. Der federf\u00fchrende Partner, EVM, erkannte den Bedarf f\u00fcr das Projekt, als er ein lokales Projekt (INTEGRA\/DIVERARTE) leitete. Das lokale Projekt hat zwar betr\u00e4chtliche Fortschritte gemacht, doch wurden bei Evaluierungen mit den beg\u00fcnstigten Migranten, den mitwirkenden Lehrern und den teilnehmenden Sch\u00fclern auch L\u00fccken festgestellt. Die Bewertungen ergaben einen Mangel an beruflicher Ausbildung f\u00fcr Migranten, Diskontinuit\u00e4t in den Sprachkursen, mangelnde Kenntnis der verf\u00fcgbaren Ressourcen und die Notwendigkeit, die B\u00fcrokratie zu straffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach diesen Untersuchungen aus erster Hand fand EVM andere L\u00e4nder, die mit denselben Problemen konfrontiert waren, und schloss sich mit ihnen zusammen, um eine direkte L\u00f6sung zu finden, indem das PIPE-Projekt entwickelt wurde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mehr Hilfe, Service und Ausbildung f\u00fcr Migranten, sowie Akkreditierung durch Europass oder Microcredentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Partnern in ganz Europa zusammenarbeiten, um die gr\u00f6\u00dften Einwanderungsprobleme des Jahrhunderts zu l\u00f6sen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Migranten in die Lage versetzen, ihre F\u00e4higkeiten zu nutzen, um einen Beitrag zur Aufnahmegesellschaft zu leisten und sich an die Kultur zu gew\u00f6hnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Ankunft von Migranten f\u00fcr die Migranten und die Aufnahmegesellschaft weniger traumatisch zu gestalten, um Harmonie und Integration zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bewusstseinsbildung in Schulen und Gesellschaften, um Angst und Hass abzubauen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-spacer stk-block-spacer stk--no-padding stk-block stk-42ee3c4\" data-block-id=\"42ee3c4\"><style>.stk-42ee3c4{height:80px !important}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-42ee3c4{height:50px !important}}<\/style><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00dcber PIPE (Programm zur Inklusion von Migranten, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind) ist eine vielseitige Initiative zur F\u00f6rderung der Integration und St\u00e4rkung von Migranten, Fl\u00fcchtlingen und Asylbewerbern in den europ\u00e4ischen Gesellschaften.
